For those who think he was dead prior to the cutting I believe you hear him grunting and attempting to breath while they slit into his esophagus. :] At least they broke his neck though (if they really did that). |

they broke his neck so his heart wouldn't beat to pump the blood everywhere while cutting his head off.. they didn't want blood all over them i guess.
