You obviously don't live in America. Lol, that's like saying if you punched me, I can come back and kill you in 2 days.. The stand your ground law is only in certain states, and it only applies if you feel threatened for your life. Someone breaks into your home, whether they're armed or not, you could probably kill them, because you dunno if they have a gun, or not. Somebody pulls a gun on you in the street, you can kill them, because it's probably cause. Likewise, the reason you see all these cops killing dumbasses who pull guns on them, because it's a threat. Yes, occasionally there are cops who kill unarmed people, because these are the same pussy cops who hide behind their guns, and have no idea how to neutralize the threat without deadly force. Anyways though.. No that's not the stand your ground law, lol. Trust me, this guy is gonna get charged with premeditated murder. I've seen it countless times with similar situations. The only way he will get off is if he can prove that the guy who punched him said something threatening to him, which it doesn't look like he did. It just looked like he sucker punched him, cause he's a troublemaker. |

I mean it's clearly not. Threat was over, man was on his way out and would've had a fine day. But buddy's got too much of an ego and decided to kill someone who wronged him. You can call it whatever you want but the courts are going to call it murder and he's going to be convicted.

if you're in the U.S, the legality depends on what state you're in, what state the person being recorded is in, & if it's electronic or in-person. it's not just straight-up illegal.
