I can lend some insight to the background of where this took place, and who did it... At 1:18 they show the suspect who sent this particular "mailbomb" and the language that they are using here is Uyghur, go here to see the examples of the script: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uyghur_language They are in China, more specifically the province of Xinjiang in the People's Republic of China, and believe it or not the guy is a Jihadist Muslim Takfiri Militant (cannot grow a beard, I know, because he's Chinese) it all stems from the Xinjiang Conflict, go here to read more about it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xinjiang_conflict So the guy is a Uyghur Muslim and they are actually pretty slick about carrying out their crimes, this also explains why there are no Chinese Characters in the video and everyone is speaking Uyghur. So one cop stands there solely to rest his hand on top of the box while his colleague attempts to disarm the bomb inside of it? Makes sense why two people are dead now instead of one.

In the west, it's usually one man who bravely risks his life trying to defuse a bomb while waving others away from danger, but in Indonesia or Thailand (or wherever this is) it's, like, "Hey! Come on down! Party at the letterbomb! Gather around, the more the merrier! Bring your cameras! Hell, bring your kids!" But it's so horrible when they don't die right away  |

Judging from the writing and the pointers, my guess would be Thailand, or a nearby Southeast Asian country. Definitely not China nor Korea.
