So you're saying 2 explosions, 2 bombs? To be honest, it does look like it, but the audio doesn't support that hypothesis. There's enough of a delay between 1 and 2 that we would definitely hear 2 distinct explosions, and we don't. I've read several articles about this, and none of them mention more than one explosion or bomb.

They got the suspect sitting around for 40mins on cam before planting that bag and leaving, if the other was also a bomb, I'm sure it would've been reported by now. The other possibility could be the woman with the black bag in my picture was a suicide bomber, but I feel like that would've been reported by now also.

Gutless scumbags killing innocent civilians are the worst people. They hide in plain site and think they're going to change something. Unfortunately if they want change they should be targeting the people who deserve it. Too often these losers don't achieve anything but ruining people's lives. I feel bad for the poor people who thought they were going to have a good day just being themselves. One more example how organized religion kills more people than any other any other group.

I don't know aren't most terrorist bombings in that part of the world suicide bombings? Maybe Turkey is different because they are closer to the West than most other Muslim countries? They are after all a NATO nation. Just maybe we need to take another look at this

Good points. I have no expertise with the subject, and the footage that I looked at did not have blast audio. Upon looking in slo-mo again, I revise my theory: I think there was one bomb of the typical primary-secondary detonation type. The red signature #1 was flash from the primer and the sustained orange signature #2 was the secondary main blast. That's my (current) theory.

The primer would be attached to the main mass of the secondary explosive and is by definition, highly volatile. It makes sense that primer gases might shoot out of the bag and expand in a fireball a few feet away, a split second before the secondary explosive material reacts.
