I'd rather have a special form of punishment for them. They should become the property of the family/children of their victim. If the family is forgiving, they can let these cunts go after a few decades, if not, they can put them to work, speeding the streets or doing some other menial labor. Hell, if they need a spare kidney or donor blood and its a match...go for spare parts. Simply rotting in prison is kind of wasteful.
