Ngl dude could’ve rode the bike on the Fucking sidewalk like before. You ride on the road you risk this shit happening. Your choice. You don’t get a fucking ticket for riding in the sidewalk. If there isn’t one I understand but CLEARLY there was ONE with NOONE ON IT and he was still on the road. So meh all of them are where wrong.
