Update: It definitely was. He says something about the victim or his group having killed his son when he starts to cut him open. And I guess the dude was trying to pull his heart out and didn't realize you know, it's not in his abdomen. |

Absolutely brutal. He’s not well educated in the human body though. He was trying to rip the guys heart out but was having difficulty with getting through his diaphragm.  What an insane act of violence. Wow!  |
