He shot someone prior to this video being taken, he was being chased because he just shot someone and they are legally allowed to take him down if they can. Then he shot the people trying to stop him. This is homicide. This is all laid out in the charging document.

He willfully, and with obvious intent to murder, chose to approach a protesting/rioting crowd...ALONE...and brandishing a fucking AR-15. He shot a guy and then pissed himself and ran away when he realized that the crowd was about to take him down after WATCHING HIM COMMIT MURDER. While running away he fell down and then started firing into the crowd again. Instead of asking 'why would an angry crowd charge a psychopath with a rifle' maybe you should be asking yourself 'WHY DID THIS PSYCHOPATH BRING A FUCKING AR-15 TO A PROTEST??????' Spoiler alert: It was to murder unarmed people. |

so you are telling me he shot 4 people? he shot the little bald guy at the car shop, the guy who was chasing after him, throwing something at him, and probably even tried to grab his rifle as you can see in the video. it was already self defense at this point. then some mob follows him trying to attack him and grab his rifle. he trips, one guy hits him with a skateboard and gets shot. another dropkicks him and runs away after a shot missed. then this other guy comes with a gun at the kid and gets his arm blown off. what exactly am i getting wrong here? its not impossible im missing something, but thats what i am seeing in these videos, its pretty clear. also people get charged for all kinds of things, it doesnt mean they are guilty

Ironic how? They're fucking protesting the police shooting an unarmed black man in the back. Are you seriously so fucking short-sighted that you cannot discern the line between: "We want cops to stop shooting unarmed black men for misdemeanors." and "Someone call the police. There's a pig-faced man-child firing into the crowd with an AR-15." ??? As if somehow saying "We want racially-biased police murders to stop and we're tired of being ignored on the point" is supposed to disallow them from calling the police when an actual psychopath is committing murder in front of them? |

It might indeed. But punching an unarmed dude who is aggressively chasing you is NOT THE SAME FUCKING THING AS BLOWING OFF HIS GODDAM HEAD. Nor is it the same thing when YOU brought an AR-15 to a protest site looking for trouble. It ain't like this fat fuck got jumped in a dark alley while walking home from work and pulled his CC piece and shot a mugger. He went to a protest, brandishing an AR-15 and looking for trouble. When he found it, he panicked and started shooting unarmed fucking protesters and now he is gonna go away for a long, long time as a result. |
