Colombia, A man, known as M, that lives on the street was killed with a shot to the head. He had been chatting on Tuesday, with another man and according to what the authorities have been able to establish, this could be the alleged perpetrator. Poikce told “We found a man still unidentified, at that time. He was a street dweller. The deceased did not carry any documents, was approximately 44 years old and moved between recycling and drug use throughout the city. |

~ The bumpkin knew the guy & was probably expecting a drug deal, but got shot instead. Maybe they got tired of his pariah ways, always asking for drug discounts. |

Vic sure got up in a hurry to beg for money, confront the guy, or become a bullet catcher. I bet he wasn't expecting the latter. If only the "displaced and disadvantaged" around here would start catching bullets, too. |
