I picked up that this man Irialto Battle or more or less was pretty drunk and left a bar with his friend. meantime p was called for a robbery in that area. mp was close by and noticed these 2. asked to stop walking they said hey were going home. then some shots were fired by mp's.

Dunno if he or his pall did the robbery as it doesn't say so, but a mistake seems not to be excluded here.
