Pretty sure that's exactly what happened. He came down feet first, got hung up on some wiring immediately before armpit into the fence, before hitting the ground.

There’s one of the more infamous 9/11 videos of jumpers where a guy in a hotel across the street was taping them as they landed on the performing stage set up in the courtyard of the WTC. Most ppl were plowing right through the tin metal roof and leaving behind a carve out ala Wile E Coyote. One dude hits, and you can see his arm roll down the top of the slanted roof. Maybe this guy was just paying tribute? |
