I love going tubing. I used to go all the time. What this guy did was not go out far enough on a turn and the woman smacked into something. When you tube in circles it will swing you almost even with the boat (jetski) and it's hard to hold on. I've been thrown off doing circles and I rolled on top of water about 3 times before going under.
