As an Israeli- I can tell you for sure- he was supposed to shoot him, he was a (wanted?) target. Maybe because things he had done. The problem here was the sniper sounded a bit immature- because he is! Most likely to be 19-21 years old. He shouldnt react this way, but like a pro. |
