I don't agree with the title for the video. On what basis would this be considered an execution? It looks like a group of gunman (possibly anti-terrorist group) who went after a target. And with further information from Kellyhound's post, wouldn't it be more proper to label it as an "assassination" (of a suspected/known /associated) terrorist element?

It unfairly biases the narrative that this was a murder.

This is pure speculation. But I suspect they took him out so quickly because the target was in a populated area and they might have suspected that the guy had been potentially carrying explosives. It would not be unusual considering this happened in an Israeli-controlled area.
