Intoxicated Swerving Mitsubishi Pajero Driver Hits Kawasaki Rider Head-on
Russia, On May 1 a motorcycle and an SUV Mitsubishi Pajero crashed head-on. According to preliminary data, the SUV drove into the oncoming lane in front of the motorcyclist, resulting in a head-on collision.  After the collision, the motorcyclist - 28-year-old young man was thrown from his bike and landed into a roadside ditch.  From the received head trauma the motorcyclist died at the scene. The SUV driver was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, expertise confirmed.  However, initially the driver had a bit of a different opinion about what had happened and tried to convince the traffic police inspectors that he was right, in spite of the existing recording of his DVR.  The driver of the Mitsubishi Pajero said in his explanation the motorcycle rider was at high speed in the opposite lane overtaking and passing three cars and avoid hitting him was impossible.  |

This is why I hate driving. No matter how good of a driver you are, you are never safe. All it takes is one shitdick like this and you're done. Of course, the drunk driver lives. They, somehow, always do. |
