Intoxicated Guy Drinking with a Friend Falls with His Head on the Road and Dies
A man from Peru died after he fell with his head on the street when he was drinking liquor with a friend. The man, R.M.V.U., 59, was with a friend and both drinking liquor from a bottle but suddenly he felt dizzy and took a bad step, tripped and fell to the ground. During the fall he hit his head hard. His friend, and later on some bystanders, tried to get him up his feet again didn't succeed and split the scene. The obese citizen was taken to the hospital later on but there the docs only certified his death.

He was unconscious before his head hit the ground, if he were conscious, an automatic reaction of preventing his head to just smack the ground would have occurred.
