Found some info on this video. - The event occured in April 2005. - Apparently with this video was a release of a statement taking responsibility for the killing, and mentioning that killing him was in retaliation for that video of the Marine shooting an unarmed Iraqi insurgent who was playing dead. In their words, for murders in: "cold blood in the mosques of tireless Fallujah before the eyes of the world and on television screens, without anyone condemning them." - The helicopter was carrying 11 passengers, including "six American bodyguards for U.S. diplomats, three Bulgarian crew and two security guards from Fiji." - The injured man killed at the end was a Bulgarian pilot named Lyubomir Kostov. - Right before they shoot him, one of them says "Carry out God's verdict." |

From the start of the Iraq war, they were private contractors from "Black water" the same private security firm that sent roaming death squads on behalf of the American public under George W bush "Juniors" terrorist regime. The same firm that did not hold its contractors responsible for raping and murdering iraqi's abroad..... The pilot may not have been a bad guy but he was working for the wrong security firm, that is a well documented fact.

Yeah was a shot down Russian helicopter if I recall well .. and was much longer. Nice effort though for converting/uploading etc now at least those who missed this vid can see it!

Remember seeing this one a long time ago as well... That's the difference between them and us. Although we have our exceptions with guys that go for vigilante style justice, for the most part, people follow orders and that includes the Geneva conventions. This is what makes them such a hard enemy to reconcile with. They do not understand our concept of honor regardless of the fact that we fight with better machines than they do. |
