Re: Instant Death

it appears fake to me.

i made the conclusion based on a few things.

1 why the fuck would someone be going that fucking fast in a parking lot?

2 the person who gets hit seems to just go sideways all stiff action then dissapears when the truck "hits" the wall rather then flop like a ragdoll.

3 there appears to be little/no damage to the wall after the impact.

4 the wall is made of bricks. it would bust into pieces and throw bricks everywhere at that speed.

my conclusion is its a funny fake

Re: Instant Death

Well it just seems totally unbelievable that someone would be filming a random guy out of a car JUST as he gets hit. Also if you look at the pillar just after the car hits, there's no visible damage to it. A car hitting it at that speed would of destroyed the wall somewhat. And the scream and guys voice at the end just doesn't sound real at all.

Re: Instant Death

It is a fake, if you fullscreen and compare the look of the truck to the background, the coloring of the truck looks off and too uniform. The damage to the truck and the wall doesn't fit with how hard it hit. The wall would have shown a lot more damage, all there was was a puff of dust with no debris at all hitting the ground.
Another thing is if you type the URL watermarked on the video it brings you to a computer graphics artists webpage with his demo reel on it.

Re: Instant Death

I don't have a link, but some ways to tell that it's fake by computer imaging include the fact that the camera moves in a steady rate past the accident. If it were real, I don't think they would just keep walking. Also noticed the way that the entire view shakes from when the truck crashes. Genuine camera footage would not shake like that, rather it would shake as if the cameramen flinched.
