probably rival gang members i would assume, but i mean if you're capable of doing something like this to anyone at all i doubt doing the same to an innocent person is beneath you. this is only stuff ive heard but apparently there are only like 2-3 max security prisons in brazil and most of the ones where shit like this happen are medium. and people can wait years and years just to see a judge for a small time crime so their time inside gets extended way over what it should be. |
