Yes, standard hydraulic fluid for dump trucks and bulldozers, and other heavy equipment is known as 5606. It is bright red. I imagine they ruptured a hydraulic supply tank, or the lines were sheared off and the hydraulic system drained itself.
This is different than brake fluid, which is yellow or clear.
The truck carrying the CPO overturned and the load spilled onto the road.

As a result of the incident, the dump truck driver died on the spot. Meanwhile, the fuso driver was slightly injured.

The conditions at the location at the time of the incident were raining. At the accident scene, clean up personnel found spills of CPO, broken glass, blood fluids and scattered pieces of body parts.

bet it's cpo that was transported as stated in the description as crude palm oil is dark red in color due to a high content of carotenoids, including β-carotene and lycopene.
