The action starts with a single victim being brutally beheaded, the blood sprays everywhere. This is followed by four men being killed via a single gunshot to the back of the head. The remaining six are shot together under automatic fire. This is the work of Ansar al Sunnah.   |

all I can interpret is "Kuf'ar" =Infidel usually one of non-Muslim belief; there are Muslim infidels (usually for premarital sex / improper attire) but they are rarely called a Kuf'ar.
