We have a capital murder charge in Texas that if someone is killed, even an accomplice knowing a felony is being committed, can be charged with murder. It has just recently been changed tho.

Last Christmas, I killed a guy who rode his bicycle out in front of me on a dark Texas highway (about 100 miles from where this accident occurred.) I hit him doing about 50/55 mph, and he came through my windshield, head first. I was covered in his blood and even got some of his brain matter in my mouth. I fuckin' feel for the driver of that purple car... They have some serious therapy ahead of them.
