Unless they were armed Why the hell would they try and confront a man with a gun? I sure as hell am not going to try some verbal judo on a guy (who is clearly a psychopath) with a gun. Different story if he was just beating on him with his fists. Also: camera man needs a beating for showing everything EXCEPT the actual murder. |

So many things.... Dude looked like it was the first time he had ever (loaded and) shot a gun. Was he on the phone too? And it looked like the victim didn't look back over his shoulder, the entire time dude was fidgeting with the gun. And then, there's the folks recording the entire thing! I don't what, if anything, they could have done to stop it and I guess this country is either too desensitized to this world or people still believe "nah, he'd never actually shoot him/me". We're fucked, as a society.  |

I read he was already shot in the back before the gun jammed. So he could not run and the only thing he could do is to plead for his life with the killer. The low-life had plenty of time to weigh his actions and still decided to execute another human being. I think he is a good candidate for execution by Lethal Gas, which is an option in MO. |

Apparently, the two had been arguing at a gas station prior to the shooting. It wasn't that some random guy walked up to some random homeless guy and decided to end him. https://www.stltoday.com/news/local/...07ac2183a.html It's so weird how casual the guy is about the shooting. He's standing and talking on the phone while prepping his gun. (on the phone) Him: "Yeah, yeah, so I'll see you on tonight. If you don't mind, I have to hang up right now. Gotta shoot this homeless guy in the head. Later~~" |
