Maybe it's a good thing he died later. Having $0 to his name and living in a place like that, safe to say medical care wouldn't have been much to write home about. Continuing to live with immense pain and no care would be a lot worse. RIP my dude.

The man recording should be charged with something. How do you watch someone burn to death and record instead of helping? This man definitely could have been saved if they took action. He still had clothes on his body so this must have been the beginning. I wonder if he was drunk. Does anyone remember the video of the guy who was either drunk or on drugs and he burned to death on the project stairs?? He was totally unphased just like this guy.
