Colombia, A 25 year-old man getting a haircut was surprised when a man wearing a helmet entered and shot him in the head.

According to witnesses he used a suppressed pistol. He died at the scene and police is investigating the case trying to find cctv recordings from other businesses down the street in an attempt to catch a glimp of the license plate of the bike he used to flee the murder scene.

In Colombia? Not a lot. That shit's pretty common in some parts of the world, that country being one of them. And you don't get mixed up or ask questions either, or you're next. If you read up a bit on their history with drugs, cartels, guerilla wars, kidnappers etc. you'll find yourself more surprised when someone there does react to this stuff. If you piss off the wrong people in these parts of the world you'll get killed in broad daylight in front of any number of people or even the police themselves.
