I can't defend everything the British did in Africa but British influence is the best thing that ever happened to Africa and by far the highest quality of life they ever had before or since. Of course Africans resent western law and discipline to this day no matter where in the world they reside and meanwhile people outside of western influence fight tooth and claw to gain access to it via south africa or anywhere else they can find remnants of the prosperity built through western discipline and capitalism.

English is super common as a secondary language in Africa. It's taught in a lot of their schools. I have a Kenyan friend who's accent sounds very similar to these guys. My guess would be Kenya or Uganda.. or somewhere pretty close to that.

Side note... these dogs aren't trained worth a shit for being attack dogs. Lack of shaking after clamping down and exhaustion relatively quickly.

That said.. any chance this dude had was gone when dog #4 came into the picture. Reminded me a lot of this video..

Yeah, I remember that video. Those dogs changed him from male to female. I had a difficult time watching it. It gave me goose bumps. I love my balls and I couldn't bear to part with them.
