Guy Standing in Front of Store Executed by 3 Shots in the Head
Aug, 30. Brazil. A 38 year old man arrived at a convenience store, located in a gas station and was chatting with some friends when an element on a bike arrived and fired three shots at him, all in the head, before leaving the scene. According to police the killer used a .38-caliber revolver. The victime died instantly.  The victim was one of 47 people arrested in August 2006 in "Operation Galactic ', where they were accused of cybercrimes. According to the police, he had been threatened because of a debt. In one of his pockets police found R $ 500 in counterfeit notes. This was the 19th murder in August and the 112th murder this year in that town. |

I have a friend who lives in Brazil (from there), and even in podunk smaller cities there's ridiculous violence. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if I got word she had been killed by some rando.
