~I'd say if he was both a druglord & a taxi driver, then he had to be his own runner/deliverer for drugs. ~ And if so, then he was probably doing it undercover, so no other cartels, per say, would know about it, & he would get all the business & profits for himself. Until he got snitched on by someone who he met & exposed him. |
