I actually think it may be the bikes fault in this case. I say that because I personally know the bike involved in this crash. We went to school together and I remember it as being kind of an asshole. Always racing up and down the halls, honking its horn trying to startle people. It was probably trying to perform some ridiculously dangerous maneuver and ended up crashing and killing that poor woman. I can't honestly say I'm surprised.
