Re: Guy Crosses a Road Hit Hard by a Car and Run Over by Another
Everyone blaming the guy walking across the street...yes, he should perhaps have been paying more attention, but what about the fucking car drivers? If they can't see shit SLOW DOWN. Plenty of car wreck images here to demonstrate this. Think of how dumb the average person is, now realise that half the world is even dumber than that. |

Re: Guy Crosses a Road Hit Hard by a Car and Run Over by Another
area looks dim lighted, and road looks slippery. most cases, the weaker ones tries to avoid the stronger ones. Pedestrians still ought to observe more caution on obvious dangerous areas. the road is on the green light. not much you can do to stop when its too late, and most usually dont stop when those incidents happens, not if the neighborhood is a brawling one. But your point is also correct. me, i make it a point to slow down in zebra crossing whether i see people or not and i do slow down on heavily populated areas when i already cant see 4 or 5 car lengths ahead. around here on the philippines, many cases of hit and run, the drivers do not stop but they do go straight to the nearest police precinct to surrender themselves before the mob got them. |
