That is tragic. When I give my kids industrial grade explosives to play with I take it for granted they will be okay. It makes me wonder what is safe for kids thesedays ? Do I have to confiscate my 8 year old's soldering iron because it maybe dangerous.' ? Do I stop him using the lathe because of the 10% chance that it might pull his arms off ? Well I say no, I won't wrap my child in cotton wool, heaven forbid. Accidents with fireworks happen maybe once in a trillion years, so well done to all the parents in this video for allowing common sense to triumph over political correctness.
