You can see him pointing the gun to his head just before the first shot. I don't think he would have harmed the officers.

I'm not saying it's ok to go around robbing banks it's up to you but the dude was on a motorbike, if he had done his recon there should be no catching him  |

We all know if this guy was black shots would have been fired on the 10:33 mark of this video. This fucker wanted to die, and I have no clue why the cops waited so long.

How so? It's what they are legally supposed to do. Had they shot him sooner it would have been criminal action on their behalf. He was not a clear threat until he pulled the gun. Can't go around shooting people willy nilly you know...
