Shes 100% dead, could be muscle spasms, or 1 small piece of her brain still going. But really i dont get why they were in such a hurry, even if she did survive she would be a veggie, and IMO better off dead. I would rather be dead then be a vegetable.
Don't speculate if you have no idea what you're talking about. Breathing is regulated by the brain stem. Her forebrain was blown out. It's not muscle spasms, and there isn't a little intact chunk of brain. Her brain stem is just maintaining breathing like it always has.
