I believe that was in Guyana, which is in South America. Whereas this was in Ghana, which is in Africa. |

Probably dynamite, the black smoke rules out nitrated explosives or plastics like C4, RDX or Semtex, still the shockwave was on the guy recording in less than a 10th of a second which points to a high explosive's detonation. |

The greater the surface area facing the shockwave the greater the damage, that's why the guy recording didn't go flying but houses were crushed by the super fast shockwave.
