Man that is sad. But in this particular video, I really have got the impression that the cop really did not want to shoot the lady. In the second part of the video, one can clearly see how he panicly backs off from her and shoots in the very last moment. The shot might even be set off accidentally when he hit the car behind him. (well, he shot a second time to make it complete, haha :D) What I really don't understand: Aren't these cops in the background at the white van? What are they doing there? They are just standing there doing nothing it seems. Not helping the other cop! Why did they not approach the lady from?. Why did the shooting cop get out of the car without any back up. I think this is everything just very , very bad training: two cops at that car, one cop getting out of the car and another car with maybe two cops in it on one fat drunken lady with an axe and they all act completely idiotic and in the end the lady is dead? Man, shame on them, really...

Damn, you're right. The cops at the white SUV didn't move until the cop started shooting. They were in the line of fire. Then they moved their asses!
