I don't think anyone was in the tank. It wasn't running and they would never let him just walk up to it like that front on to gunners sights twice.

The tank just fired a round when he approached the first time. Leads me to think that their tank crew may have been under staffed or the gunners were blind. In either case, the 2nd pass he did get a grenade in the gunners barrel which itself would be like winning the lottery. Luck and skill

The train for this grenade in a tank barrel routine I've seen videos of it before and thought this might be another one but if that round at the start of the clip did indeed come from the tank then it's probably a well rehearsed tactic paying off on the frontline hence the celebration like he'd scored the winning goal in the world cup was. He might even have known the video was running and bet he felt totally 100% Snack-bar at that moment. |
