Re: Forget the Masks; This is Why We Need Helmet Mandates
I agree.... I can't say I wouldn't have cracked his head open with my helmet after he just punched me in the mouth, but everything else was way too much... toeing the line of attempting murder, if he lived. He let his hurt pride/anger get the best of him.

Guy that got crowned with the helmet should not have been in so close.. Instead he should have paid attention to the slight of hand maneuver that the drunk guy did with the helmet.. |

The dude who threw the first punch had it coming. I don't care if they insulted your mother, just admitted they cornholed your girlfriend, or spaketh profain about your particular invisible man in the sky, the moment you put your hands on someone else for any reason that isn't self-defense, you have opened the gates of hell, you are now on your own, and if the other person turns out to be a more savvy fighter than you, then you deserve everything you've got coming, buddy. Whenever you are reincarnated as a human being again, do yourself a favor, grow a thicker emotional skin, take some time to mature, if someone makes you mad just go for a walk or something, don't react with the first thing that comes to mind because more often than not it's gonna be something you regret later, if you LIVE to regret it later |

I dont think so. The guy that got beat up probably was saying it was their turn to catch a ride. However, the other guy was saying he should go first as it was his turn. The rest is history.
