Forget the Masks; This is Why We Need Helmet Mandates
Proximity awareness and perspicuity not very strong in Kung Fu forearm-boy. Helmet-riding leg-dance ensuing with abandon at the flaccid denouement of inconsolable, most likely inanimate flat-Earth. |

I disagree dude threw the first blow then didn’t follow up and thought he would just return to talking shit. Lesson: Once the first punch / forearm bitch slap thing he did, is thrown get be ready for a fight not more talking. |

Re: Forget the Masks; This is Why We Need Helmet Mandates
And you don't think it was either murder (if he died) or aggravated assault with intent to commit murder—considering the initial attacker (now completely out) was not a threat anymore and as such, the helmet hits and numerous full-bodyweight stomps and kicks to the head while unconscious, were criminal and absolute overkill—literally? |

Re: Forget the Masks; This is Why We Need Helmet Mandates
I could be wrong (warning!—sarcasm), but I thought the very definition of a fight entails that participants are aware, conscious and fully awake—not fucking passed out and incapable to participate or defend themselves This was not a fight. It was murder/attempted murder. At the very least, it was aggravated manslaughter. (If anybody finds out if the guy lived or died, please contribute.) |

Re: Forget the Masks; This is Why We Need Helmet Mandates
~ So it seems the guy in the blue jacket was probably waiting for a cab/ride, along with his girlfriend. ~ Then the two motorcycle guys decided to park right on that same spot. ~ An argument arose out of the conflict on whether the motorcyclists should move, to which they counter argued that they have the right to park wherever they want. ~ Aggression escalated into violence. ~ The guy in the white t-shirt looks like he was already under the influence of alcohol, & wanted the fun to keep going along with 'his' friend. Until the guy in the blue jacket pissed on their party plans. ~ So he made sure the guy & girl won't need that cab/ride anymore, on that same spot. In his eyes. |

Re: Forget the Masks; This is Why We Need Helmet Mandates
Once the guy was flat on the ground and out of commission, after the first helmet hit, the white shirt guy should've left the scene and immediately call EMS/police. (Warning—shitty response time likely.) But clearly they don't have a civilized mindset there. |
