I'd like to give some recognition to the two highly intellectual geniuses recording the video. Their commentary was succinct, descriptive, and they were clever enough to just sit there in the line of fire and still express surprise when a bullet strikes their car. My bad, I’m not American, nor African American, so I was using the intellect of an educated normal person. I’ve never fired a gun through a toughened car window before, but firstly thing that springs to mind is: A, the bullet will be deflected, and deformed, long before it gets to its target, thus probably missing by a country mile. B, if I don’t kill the target then my car is identified by a great field of splintered glass pointing a big fuck off “I did it” arrow right back at me. But you’re right, the shooter was obviously someone ‘on the spectrum’, as it seems polite to say nowadays. |

From all accounts, this was self-defense on the PO's behalf. Still no motive identified. Other than all cops must die.
