She didn't get thrown off. That was a jacket or something. She was attached to the ride the whole time, up to the point that it slammed her against the fence and platform. You hear the impact at the end of the first video. Plus you can see her on the platform after the noise.

If you replay the first video a few times you can hear the girl calling out. It must be her voice the way it hesitates with the whipping motion of her body. To me it almost sounded like she was hollering "mom/my", but being China, probably not, idk.  |
