A while back a friend caught his daughter with what they thought was a Percocet 5mg. It was definitely not a real Percocet, it was fentanyl pressed into a tablet that looked somewhat like a Percocet but you could tell the pill was low quality and it crumbled apart way too easily. I think disguising fentanyl as pain pills are particularly insidious. This causes fatal overdoses and should have extremely harsh punishments. His daughter died of an overdose just a few weeks ago at 22 years old while in rehab. I personally know 5 families that have lost children, teenage and low 20s that have died from overdoses. I’m thankful that my kids experimented with weed only and neither do any drugs at all anymore. Fuck fentanyl.

I work for a charity that deals with helping with addiction and spoke to some of our services users about it.

Apparently it's here in the UK but its more of a case of, if you want it, you know where to get it.

Not that heroin or whatever primary drug of choice is cut with it.

I think Ketamine and Benzos are more of a problem.

We did get warnings about some bad batches of amphetamine and cocaine doing the rounds in my county and surrounding ones though.

Spice was a huge problem here a few years back. That stuff can turn you into a legit zombie! I think it's still bad in prison though.

The United States and China have launched a joint anti-narcotics group to curb the production and trade of the highly addictive opioid fentanyl in the first sign of cooperation between the superpowers since bilateral relations soured.

The talks began on Tuesday after a US delegation led by Deputy Homeland Security Adviser Jen Daskal arrived in Beijing for the first joint meeting.
