It looks like the person in the road had their legs crushed. So I mean apply a tourniquet, call EMS, transport them. Regardless of the interventions, its the fact that not one person seems to be willing to help. The Bystander Effect.

I will be honest. I don't think that I would do that. I know what you say is the right thing to do, but I would be worried about disease from the blood even without the pandemic. With the pandemic, no way.

The only thing missing in the video is one guy casually walking up to the mutilated person sitting on the road and kicking him/her to the curb. |
