Is it just me or if you watch the guy in blue he looks like he acknowledges the gunman, and sets himself back up to wait for them to arrive. Then once they get there he gets up with the woman and they both move far away from the target. Looks like Momma and the man in blue (dads friend or brother) paid to have him killed so baby girl might have a new daddy.
