A disturbing video captured the moment a green cab plowed into a Bronx man and flung him like a rag doll across three lanes of traffic before his lifeless body skidded to the curb.

The taxi struck Kadeem Brown, 25, near a bus stop on the corner of a snow covered Grand Concourse and 170th Street on March 20.

Brown’s body flipped over once and then went sliding until he hit the curb across the street.

A black sedan then nearly hit him but a woman holding an umbrella stopped the driver.

Cabbie Emilio Garcia, 44, who sources said fainted behind the wheel before the collision also killed a girl named Tierre Clark, 5, and critically injured Manuel Quinones, 55.

A 39-year-old woman suffered minor injuries. Garcia was treated at Jacobi Hospital and released.

He was not ticketed or hit with any criminal charges for the March 20 crash, which the Bronx District Attorney says is still under investigation.

A Taxi and Limousine Commission spokesman said the agency suspended Garcia’s license immediately after the crash, pending the outcome of the NYPD investigation.

Safe street advocates said investigators should be probing Garcia’s medical records, phone use that day, as well as the cab’s black box and his driving history.

“A state and city licensed driver has killed two people in broad daylight,” said Charles Komanoff of the safe street group Right of Way.

“The public has every right to demand that everything about the crash and the driver be dug up and made public.”

Clark’s mom and grandmother, who live in the Bronx, travelled to Puerto Rico to bury the adorable little girl.

I use to think it was just fucked up people in half ass 3rd world countries but this video shows that even here in the US, people just stand and stare. Damn, unless my eyes missed it, no one even checked the guy for a pulse.

It's sad to see that so many people in a large city don't know what to do to possibly help, other than call 9-1-1. I'm not blaming them, I'm just saying more people should take a first aid course.
Also, what the fuck was that cab driver thinking? How fast was he going? Perhaops he was fainting because he was scared of reaching "Ludicrous Speed".
