An accident nearby where I live was made much worse by having the combination of no safety belts and all windows rolled down due to the weather. An underage, illegal immigrant with no driving experience was travelling too fast around a curve and clipped the edge of the road. Car flipped over and over, throwing out all 4 occupants, one of which was a baby that was being held on someone's lap. The driver was killed, the passengers survived with no major injuries but the baby had what the newspapers called "life-changing injuries" which means brain and/or spinal damage. Bunch of dumb fucks.
