You need to double click the video. At 2 min. mark the guy gets shot through the back of the neck. You can see his jaw jump. Then he goes into agonal breathing. Dead. Good video.

I saw on another site that the sniper was shooting both protesters and police. Not very nice of him but at least he was not discriminating.
