a E. prison is no prison: the prisoners decide who comes in, who gets out, including the guards.
in fact everything is decided in prison, whatever happens on the street.

Thanks for this post. I was initially wondering why the militia didn't swarm the prison (the guards are dead ducks anyway.. maybe they could save a few) but the scope of this is much larger than the prison. Probably too big for military and law enforcement to get their arms around at this point.
Too bad they aren't an oil producing country, the USA would be jumping in to help (sarcasm intended).
