A citizen had the misfortune to find himself at the wrong place at the wrong time. This morning in Milagro; a high voltage cable fell on him and killed him.

The victim was identified as 49-year-old V.R.M., who was buying fish from a seafood vendor on Mariscal Sucre avenue.

According to witnesses, while 'V' was at the stall, a high-voltage cable fell off the public lighting pole and hit his body, causing severe burns and almost instantaneous death.

Funny thing..... I read this post & ended up having to respond to a fatality by electrical contact. This 26 year old kid drives across the road, right through a utility pole, then gets out of the car & walks right in to the 7.2KV line..... Fucking insta-dead. Crazy shit.
