After all the publicity with people getting shot by nervous cops, you have to be a total retard to pull the stunts this clown was. if I were a cop I'd not take the chance he has a gun tucked in front or in back of his pants. If he refused a dozen commands to get the fuck down, I'd PUT him the fuck down, rather than 'take one for the team' being a nice guy. It is not a fuckin' game, so why can't these fuckwits just do as they are told???? |

Sure you have rights...not sure where they list not complying with officers fit in there though. With rights come freedom of action and with freedom of action comes a concept known as consequence of choice.
