Hey if they get him quickly to a qualified medical facility they can cut off the fucked up area and then later on put a short prosthetic leg. So he may walk again and even run. Thing is all depends if they can get this guy in to a good hospital and amputate that shit and clean it up.

I truly think that the people around this...this "Person" are a little taken back with his inability to process TRAIN~ FOOT~ PROBLEM in his obvious many years without serious damage. I must be candid in my wonder and would probably be taking photos as well because I marvel at stupidity just like everyone else!
